Its a combat scene. The red haired guy is called Tobaru (Tobal) and is an exorcist, a member of vatican Ordo Exorcista who can use his superhuman speed and strengh to figh with his viola (literaly) and use his sound to destroy things. The another guy is a Akuma, a demon possesed guy. Tobaru will destroy him without doubt using his "Requiem" final technique.
